Do you find yourself often feeling overwhelmed, anxious and irritable? Are you struggling with your mood, notice you have less tolerance to stress, diminishing patience and a hard time sleeping?

You may be feeling confused as to why this is happening, frustrated that you can’t seem to handle things the way you once did and silently worried about the impact on your relationships and parenting.

We are here to tell you that you’re not doing anything wrong — you are in a season of change, and there are ways to support your mental health beyond “pushing through.”

You are not alone.

Here's what we're going to explore together...

  • How hormonal shifts in this stage of life affect mood, anxiety, and sleep — and what you can do about it.
  • Techniques to regulate your nervous system when you feel overwhelmed and stressed.
  • How your earliest life experiences may be quietly shaping your stress response today.
  • The connection between blood sugar, adrenal health, and mental well-being.
  • Nutrient and lifestyle strategies to reduce overwhelm and boost resilience.
  • How to combine lifestyle and mental health strategies for a holistic approach to overall wellbeing
There is no cost for this webinar. We want to support you with valuable information and support because we get it. We've been there.
And yes, it will be recorded.
